Ongoing Coaching
(PRACTICE, EVALUATE & CHANGE Phases)
- Executive coaching sessions for you based on self-feedback and your action plan from our initial meeting.
- Ride along observation day or multiple half days to observe in-play leadership practices.
- One-on-one quick sessions as needed via phone, text, or email for real-time work and application of leadership practices.
